Unfinished basement remodel tailored to storage, livable square footage, and countless memories to be made

We recently finished this huge basement remodel. I mean over 2,000 sq ft, to include bath/laundry makeover, adding 4 different bedroom/storage rooms, and a massive living space that the homeowner's could finally have the ability to host Auburn TIgers basketball cookouts and sleepovers with their grandbabies. This was mostly wasted space, aside from chaotic storage that the homeowners admitted wasn't at all what they wanted. Plus, the lack of organized space just made it a catch all. Also, while we were at it, why not transform their kitchen space into a much more user friendly, updated, and so many more storage options.

They came to us with lots of ideas. Pictures and things they have seen they loved.

We took the pictures on the left as inspiration to create a truly custom space.

With all that square footage, they added a bunk room for their grandkids and visiting family. They added a craft room for endless projects and storage for those fun items. They added a room dedicated to freezers, fridges, canned storage, and food pantry. And another room yet for a future office or more storage and utility space. The living room was complete with so many custom pieces, including custom wood trim kissed with flame (believe it or not is a natural rot repellant and makes the grain pop), a rustic metal accent wall, and a old dry sink with copper inlay converted to a bar sink.
