This was a full-scale remodel transforming a rustic, purely agricultural pole barn into a prime living space complete with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, utility room, coat and storage closets, guest loft area with skylights, and garage.

We started with rough sketches and a vague, but hopeful goal. We can work with napkin sketches, magazine clippings, photos of a friends or neighbor's space, a Pinterest or HGTV dream...just about anything. We then visit your unique space and get all the measurements needed. We consult with the homeowner and go over all the specific needs, unique requests, and overall goals for the project. Then we create a floor plan, like seen above. This is not an "I wish" concept; this is a possible reality that we have determined can be your space. We work with budgets and with time constraints, often working in phases or dedicating all of our time to 1 sole project to get it done in limited times.

Then come the renderings. Like the one featured above, we can show you floorplans on your space to assess the functionality and how all the pieces fit together, but also interior and exterior renderings that give you an idea of what the space will look like when all our goals are accomplished. We can really hone in on the details, like the backsplash, the lighting, colors on walls, flooring style... so many things that make the space your space.

We worked with our professional and experienced subcontractors to completely revamp the electrical and plumbing projects that were needed to achieve this homeowner's dream space. We worked side by side with the homeowner, as he completed projects he preferred to do for cost savings, and helped how he was able to, while watching the space transform.

A big part of the remodeling experience is being apart of the process- a remodeling project is a living, breathing process that, often times, has to adapt and, with constant homeowner input, we problem solve and create the end dream goal our customer's want.
